Sealed Quotation are hereby invited from the bonafide Suppliers/ Sole Agents / Importers for Supply and Installation of Proven Brand Air Coolers (Preferable Carrier/ national /General /Daikin / York / Hitachi / Mitsubishi Brand) for Uttara Bank Limited, intending Tenderers having prerequisite qualification and experience may apply on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of requisite Work completion certificates, IT Clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid Trade license for purchasing Tender Document from the office of the undersigned on cash payments of Tk 1500/- Non-refundable per set on or before 23-9-2008 during office hours. Firms having no working experience for at least two instances for supplying, installation and Maintenance of Split Type Air Coolers valued not less than Tk 20.00 Lac in a single work order in each instance in any government /semi government organization of above category within the last three years need not submit any application.
Quotations will be received up to 01-30- pm on 24-9-2008 in the Tender Box placed at the office of the undersigned. Tenderers will be opened on the same day in presence of the Tenderers, if any. Other details will be available in the Tenders Documents. For any further details, anybody may contact the undersigned during office hours.
The Uttara Bank Limited reserves the right not to accept the lowest tender and to reject any tender or part thereof or all tenderers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
