The Defense Commissary Agency will issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for pastry and bakery display cases, refrigerated and non-refrigerated, for commissary stores in the continental Unites States and overseas locations. For overseas orders, the contractor would be responsible only to prepare for overseas shipping and deliver to the port. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The issue date of the RFQ is September 10, 2008 with a closing date of September 23 by 4:00 p.m. Requests for copies of the RFQ will include address, business size, telephone number, DUNS number, Cage Code and e-mail address. Requests for copies of RFQ and all questions shall be submitted in writing to Trina Barnes via fax, 804-734-8269, or e-mail, trina.barnes@deca.mil. All responsible sources may submit a RFQ which shall be considered.
