Sealed quotation are hereby invited from the bonafide, well experienced and Technically sound Engineering Firms for Fabrication, Supplying and Installation of Irion Safe (Vault), Chubb Door with Grill Door, Steel Almirah, Fle Cabinet, File Cabinet cum Almirah and Signature Card Box for different Branches of Uttara Bank Limited throughout the country Intending Tenders having prerequisite qualification and experienced may apply on their letter head pad alongwith the attested copies of requisite work completion certificate, Valid Trade License for Purchasing Tender documents from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Tk. 1000/- (Non-refundable) per set on or before 21-09-2008 during officers hours. Firms having no working experience for fabrication, Supplying and Installation of at least 15 numbers fo Iron Safe (Vault) and chubb Door Successfully for any Bank within the last 3 (three) years need not submit any applicant.
The Bank will supply necessary specification for the work, The successfully Tender will have to fabricate, Supply and install the item as per specification and instruction of the supervising Authority.
The sealed quotation shall be dropped in the Tender Box kept at Stationery and Record Department (7th Floor), Head Office, 90, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka on 22-09-2008 up to 12.00 am. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 12.30 pm by the tender committee in presence of the tender or their Tender documents. For any further details, any body may contact the undersigned officer hours.
Uttara Bank Limited reserves the right not to accept the lowest Tender and to reject any Tender or part thereof or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
