Summary scope of contract: Purchase of MDaemon Pro Email Servers Software including MDaemon SecurityPlus and Support agreement Pro250 Users under the Component # B3 of the Governance Assistance Project.

Within the framework of the GAP, we are planning to purchase MDaemon Pro Email server for messaging solutions throughout our organization including divisions in 21 aimags (provinces) and 9 districts with approximately 250 users.

Getting this email server to NSO, we can improve efficiency of internal business communication without spending time and visiting to the headquarter office from aimags or from headquarter to other divisions, or to deliver electronic documents instead or printed papers from aimag divisions to UB districts and headquarter or from headquarter to other divisions. In addition, from security side, it is very important for us to communicate and share information with our national and international partners through secured email, not to use private emails, which provides safetiness of operation of the product
