Description

This Request for Tender (RFT) is seeking a panel of contractor(s) for the supply, warranty and service of electrical appliances including Microwave Ovens, Refrigerators and Dishwashers, to meet Australian Taxation Office requirements.

The Tax Office, through this RFT, will seek to enter into a Deed of Standing Offer with the successful Tenderer for an initial 3 year term plus two x 1-year option periods.The Contractor will supply electrical appliances as part of an asset replacement program. Appliances purchased as part of major office refurbishments or fit outs may not be purchased through the Deed of Standing Offer.Where the Tax Office currently has separate contractual arrangements for the supply of Goods or Services or where the owner of the premises occupied by the Tax Office has a separate contractual arrangement for the supply of Goods and Services, those Goods and Services may not be offered to the Contractor.  Alternatively, where such arrangements exist, the Contractor may be required to provide such services where deemed by the Tax Office to offer better value for money.
