Procedura lansata cu clauza suspensiva.Se atribuie contractul doar daca CE aproba modificarea fisei de proiect.Operatorii ec. ce participa la procedura accepta ca AC nu va fi raspunzatoare pentru niciun prejudiciu indiferent de natura lui in cazul anularii procedurii chiar daca AC a fost instiintata

Încadrarea în una sau mai multe dintre situatiile prevazute la art. 180 si la art.181 din OUG nr. 34/2006, atrage excluderea ofertantului din procedura de atribuire a contractului
1.Declaratie privind eligibilitatea
2.Declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura
3.Certificat constatator eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului sau echivalent din care sa rezulte numele complet, sediul, persoanele autorizate/administratori;
4.Adresa de la Instanta Competenta/Curtea Districtuala/Agentie Guvernamentala unde îsi are sediul compania/sucursala sau echivalent din care sa rezulte ca operatorul economic nu este în insolventa/faliment/aranjament cu creditorii;
5.Certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de administrare fiscala al unitatii administrativ teritoriale de pe raza careia societatea îsi are sediul social privind plata obligatiilor la bugetul de stat sau echivalent;
6.Certificat privind plata impozitelor si taxelor locale;
7.Certificat pentru plata CAS (pentru statele în care autoritatile fiscale nu colecteaza si CAS);
8.Cazier judiciar pentru administratorul/ii asa cum sunt mentionati in Certificatul Constatator care semneaza "declaratia privind eligibilitatea". În cazul în care declaratia mentionata este semnata de o persoana împuternicita se va prezenta cazierul judiciar pentru aceasta persoana precum si cel al administratorului/lor care a/au împuternicit aceasta persoana.

a) Ofertantul va avea, pentru ultimii 3 (trei) ani, impliniti la data termenului limita pentru depunerea ofertelor, finalizate:
b) Ofertantul sau in cazul consortiului, liderul consortiului, va functiona in acord cu un sistem de management al calitatii care a fost certificat (de catre o entitate acreditata pentru certificare) pentru conformitate cu ISO 9001 sau alte sisteme de asigurare a calitatii recunoscute international, in domeniul proiectului.
c) Bunurile oferite trebuie sa fie realizate de catre producatorul / fabricantul care functioneaza in acord cu un sistem de management al calitatii care a fost certificat (de catre o entitate acredidata pentru certificare) pentru conformitate cu ISO 9001 sau alte sisteme de asigurare a calitatii recunoscute international, in domeniul proiectului.
