This solicitation covers an unrestricted with HUBZone price evaluation preference acquisition of Coveralls, Flyer�s, CWU-27/P, Desert Tan. NSN 8415-01-452-4668(s). The quantities are 36,000 min; 146,000 Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ); and 190,000 max. One mandatory one-year term option will be required, with the same min, AEQ, and max. Applicable specification is YACL-WP PD 99-01 dated 20 April 2001 with pattern dated 20 April 2001. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, Surge and Sustainment Capacity, and Socioeconomic Considerations.
