Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) a finalizat cu succes cel putin un contract in domeniul achizitiei de echipamente specifice de laborator si pregatire utilizatori, in ultimii trei ani, cu participarea ofertantului la fiecare contract in parte de minimum:

Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) a finalizat cu succes cel putin un contract in domeniul achizitiei de echipamente IT, cu participarea ofertantului la fiecare contract in parte de minimum:
3) Ofertantul trebuie sa aiba implementat un sistem de management al calitatii respectiv:
