investigation services over a 3 year period. Forensic Investigation
involves the process of identifying perpetrators of malicious acts and
preserving sufficient evidence for the purpose of prosecution, if
required.

IV.2.1) Award criteria: The most economically advantageous tender in
terms of
1. Demonstration of the Vendor’s understanding of the services required.
Weighting: 10.
2. Quality and comprehensiveness of the proposed solution including the
methodology, investigative and reporting procedures, planning,
deliverables, quality assurance and risk management procedures.
Consideration will also be given to how efficiently, quickly and
economically investigations can be completed. Weighting: 20.
3. Relevant company knowledge and experience in relation to Confidential
ICT Forensic Investigations, knowledge of the appropriate relevant
evidentiary requirements and standards. Weighting: 25.
4. Experience and expertise of the proposed personnel in providing the
type of services described in Clause 3. The Vendors must demonstrate that
they have all the core technical and implementation skills needed to meet
the Department’s requirements. Weighting: 25.
5. Overall cost of the project, Weighting: 20.
