equipment through 3 lots:
equipment in lot 1 will be used to ensure an efficient IT working
environment and easy communication in the field.
medical equipment in lot 2 will ensure the quality of medical
examinations; and
lot 3 for vehicles will ensure the mobility of the inspectors.
