LOT NO 1
TITLE: UK-London: suiting and associated tailoring services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The City of London Corporation has a requirement
for high quality corporate wear / suiting for its front facing security
personnel. In addition, there will be a requirement for on site
measurement of staff for tailoring / alteration of these garments to
ensure fit and comfort of the officers concerned. Embroidery and
associated tax tabbing will need to be provided along with these garments
as required. Alteration services may be required along side this provision
on garments from alternative sources or existing corporate wear. Corporate
clothing. Tailoring services.

Range: between 250 000 and 330 000 GBP.
LOT NO 2
TITLE: UK-London: corporate clothing
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The City of London Corporation has a requirement
for a wide range of garments / uniform for all departments in various
functions. This will include but not be limited to: suiting, leisure and
corporate wear, and office footwear. For this lot, potential tenderers
will need to demonstrate an ability to meet this requirement from their
standard range of garments / catalogue. Weatherproof clothing. Waterproof
clothing. Corporate clothing. Clothing and accessories. Occupational
clothing.

LOT NO 3
TITLE: UK-London: personal protective equipment
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The City of London Corporation has a requirement
for a wide range of personal protective equipment for all departments with
the need for this type of garment. Potential tenderers will need to
demonstrate an ability to meet these from their standard range of garments
/ catalogue. Protective and safety clothing. Protective gear. Protective
headgear. Protective footwear. Footwear incorporating a protective metal
toe-cap. Protective goggles.

LOT NO 4
TITLE: UK-London: specialist outdoor / ranger clothing
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The City of London Corporation has a limited
requirement for specialist outdoor / ranger equipment, the majority of
which will be for our Open Spaces Department. This will include safety
type 'Wellington' boots, Chainsaw trousers, and hard wearing but quick
drying outdoor trousers. Weatherproof clothing. Clothing made of coated or
impregnated textile fabrics. Special clothing and accessories. Special
clothing.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 18220000, 18400000, 18410000,
18224000.
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: A parent company guarantee may
be required.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: These will be

reserves the right to require applicants to take a legal form which can
contract under English law or to require that one party undertakes primary
