Garantia de participare este de 1500 euro sau echivalent in lei la cursul Inforeuro din data constituirii acesteia. Garantia de buna executie va fi de 5% din valoarea contractului.

Certificat de inregistrare emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului sau, pentru persoane straine, documente care dovedesc o forma de inregistrare/atestare ori apartenenta din punct de vedere profesional. Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, Declaratie privind eligibilitatea-prezentare Formular 12A, Declaratie privind neincadrarea in situatiile prevazute de art. 181 din OUG nr. 34/2006-completare Formular 12B.

Declaratie privind cifra medie de afaceri anuala din ultimii 3 ani.

Ofertantul trebuie sa dovedeasca faptul ca cifra de afaceri medie anuala pe ultimii 3 ani a fost mai mare de echivalentul a 200000 euro.

Informatii care sa ateste ca ofertantul are capacitatea tehnica de a gestiona contractul: lista principalelor livrari de produse in ultimii 3 ani, continand valori, perioade de livrare, beneficiari-Formular 12D, Declaratie privind efectivul mediu anual al personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere-Formular 12I, CV-urile personalului propus pentru derularea contractului.
Ofertantul trebuie sa isi dovedeasca experienta in contracte similare si sa demonstreze ca are acces la personal specializat in instalarea si intretinerea echipamentelor audio-video si informatice.
