Certificate constatatoare privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale. Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul registrului comertului. Certificat de inregistrare emis de Oficiul registrului comertului.
