Documente (declaratii) din care sa rezulte faptul ca ofertantul nu se afla in nici una din situatiile prevazute la art. 180 si 181 din OUG 34/2006. Certificate constatatoare privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale. Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul registrului comertului. Certificat de inregistrare emis de Oficiul registrului comertului.
