The Chairman, DPC on behalf of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supplying, installation, commissioning and maintenance of computers and computer peripherals for University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Interested bidders can bid for all the lots or any combination of lots if they desire.
1) Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding.
2) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Senior Assistant Bursar / Supplies, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below 08.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m.
3) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 to the shroff of the University
4) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 24.07.2008. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who chose to attend in person or online at the address below at 2.00 p.m. on 24.07.2008. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security with amounts as given below.
