COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Attock Campus plans to pre-qualify reputed suppliers/contractors for the following items/services during Financial Year 2008-2009.
Interested suppliers / contractors should submit their "Expression of Interest" along with following information latest by July 14, 2008 accompanied with Pay Order/Bank Draft/Postal Order of Rs 1,000/- (non-refundable), separate for each category, in favour of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Attock. The Envelopes should clearly mention the nature of item(s) / service(s) applied for.
Name, address, phone number, e-mail address of the firm;
Evidence of experience during the past three years;
Details of reputable clients served during the last two years;
Performance certificates issued by reputable clients;
Proof of financial soundness of the firm;
National Tax Number (NTN #) / Certificate and tax paid last year;
GST Registration Number/ Certificate;
Affidavit that the supplier /contractor is currently neither black listed nor in litigation with any of its clients;
Any other relevant information to facilitate decision-making.
CIIT reserves all the rights to accept/reject, all or any, of the applications.
