Sealed bids are invited from the experienced/ authorized reputed firms/ companies registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments, for the supply and installation of the Computer Equipment. Tender documents/ details can be obtained from the office of Dy. Director (MIS) on any working day up to 16th July 2008 from 0900-1500 hours on payment of Rs.200/- (Non-Refundable), Cash or Bank Draft/ Pay-Order in favour of National Highway Authority.
(2) Last date of submission of sealed tenders is 17th July 2008 by 1100 hrs, which will be opened by the NHA Purchase Committee-III on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of bidders/ their representatives.
(3) NHA may reject all bids at the time prior to the acceptance of a bid. NHA shall (upon request) communicate to any supplier who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection of bid, but is not required to justify those grounds.
