Sealed tenders are invited for supply of the following items during the fiscal year 2008-2009 from GST registered established firms / manufactures / authorized dealers. Tenders must be accompanied with 2.5% earnest money of quoted price in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to the Director General, Department of Libraries, Islamabad.
The detailed specifications along with terms and conditions are set forth in tender documents, which can be had from the Planning & Research Section (P&R) during working hours. Submission of tenders would be on 11th July 2008 at 10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. Separate offers for each item on prescribed forms are required and the name of the item should be clearly mentioned on the right corner of the envelop.
Reputed and established books sellers may also get prescribed terms and conditions for pre-qualification in respect of supply of books / reading materials.
The competent authority has the right to accept / reject any or all tenders and to change the quantity of items.
