Sealed quotations are invited from interested parties for yearly service agreement for service / maintenance with parts of following computer printers.
Tender addressed by name to the undersigned should reach this office by 16/07/2008 at 1100 hours. These will be opened on same day at 1300 hours.
All bidders will have to provide earnest money at the rate of 5% of their bid value (Refundable) in shape of cash or CDR in favour of CMA (LC) Lahore Cantt.
The successful bidder will have to provide security at the rate of 10% of his bid value in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of CMA (LC) Lahore Cantt, which will be released after successful completion of contract.
The bidders should be registered with income tax/sales tax authorities.
The competent authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The competent authority shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
Incomplete offers will not be entertained. Period of the contract will be one year (12 months).
Tender documents may be obtained during office hours i.e. 08.00 AM to 02.30 PM daily other than gazetted holidays up to 14/07/2008.
