of Social and Family Affairs, Ireland invites tenders for business
consultancy to assist in a review of its organisation and structures to
ensure:

that these fully reflect current realities, key challenges and emerging
issues,
— An adaptable structure to respond to changing business needs,
— An excellent service as interpreted by customers, staff and
stakeholders,
— More effective use of resources and better value for money,
— Better communications with customers, staff, stakeholders and the
general public,
— Greater capacity for co-ordination and where appropriate, integration
within the Department and with other public bodies,
— Increased awareness and understanding between providers and users of
services,
— Improved interactions between business areas,
— More effective estimating, monitoring and control of expenditure.
