is for the provision of property consultancy services in relation to the
sale of a portfolio of existing residential property in England, Wales and
Scotland owned by the British Waterways Board.
The contract is for the provision of residential property consultancy
services with the objective of forming a discrete residential property
portfolio from the overall property portfolio owned by British Waterways
Board.
Bidders will be required to provide this advice based on their own due
diligence exercise and analysis.
It is anticipated that the portfolio will be offered to the market by way
of either a direct disposal or via a specifically formed joint venture.

property estate on which they will be required to advise is spread across
two different jurisdictions and legal systems: (1) England and Wales; and
(2) Scotland.
Interested parties will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification
Questionnaire ("PQQ") and submit it to BW no later than 9.7.2008.
The PQQ will be issued to all parties that have expressed an interest by
that date on 2.6.2008. Thereafter until the deadline for expressions of
interest on 25.6.2008, the PQQ will be issued to parties upon receipt of
their expressions of interest.
The deadline for the submission of completed PQQs shall be 9.7.2008 for
all parties regardless of when their expression of interest is received.
