Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the bonafide well experienced & technically sound architectural/ engineering firms for internal renovation & decoration work of Uttara firms Ltd, Commilla branch dipika Cinema building (1st floor kandirpar kotwall comilla intending tenderers having prerequisite & experience may apply on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of requisite work completion certificate IT clearance certificate VAT registration certificate and academic certificate of the graduate architects under their regular service for purchasing tender documents from the office of the undersigned on cash payment Tk. 2000/- non refundable per set branch on or before during office hours. firms having no working experience for the same nature of internal renovation & decoration work valued not less than Tk. 30.00 lac in a single work order in govt./semi govt. organization or corporation or autonomous body or bank or in any and not having at least 1 gradate architect with minimum 5 years practical experience in their regular service need to submit any quotation. the bank will supply necessary plan and drawing for the work. The successful tender will have to prepare detailed working drawing s and necessary changes/alternations in the plan and drawing as per requirements in consultation with the bank management. Quotations will be received up to the tender box placed at the office of the undersigned other details will be available in the tender document. For any further details any body may contact the undersigned during office hours. the Uttara bank limited reserves the right to not accept the lowest tender and to reject any tender or part thereof or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
