INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID (IAEB)


The DOT-Intramuros Administration through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : Security Services
Location: Intramuros, Manila
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): P 9,429,630.00
Contract Duration: Six Months
Delivery Period: July 1 - December 31, 2008

Prospective bidders should have appropriate licenses and experiences in undertaking a similar project within the last five (5) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment available for the execution of the project. The list of minimum equipment requirement is indicated in the Bid Documents. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

May 29 - June 4, 2008

7. Notice of Award
June 10, 2008
