THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILBLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of installing a new stream crossing at North Fork Long Gulch on the Warren Wagon Road. This is on the McCall Ranger District of the Payette National Forest, and the crossing is located about 9 miles southwest of Warren, Idaho. Install new 11 foot span by 50 foot long, open bottom aluminum box culvert with metal footing. Work will include but not be limited to: Remove and dispose of existing 54-inch pipe, set and maintain survey control staking, installing and maintaining ROAD CLOSED signs and type III barricades, submit an erosion control plan and stream diversion plan, set box and structural excavation and backfill. Place stream simulation rock inside box culvert to construct a natural stream channel. Place Government-supplied aggregate surfacing. This project is on the Warren Wagon road, which is the main Idaho County road to the community of Warren, Idaho. In order to minimize disruption of traffic, this project will allow closure of the road for a maximum of 5 days. The road can be closed only between Monday and Friday. NAICS: 237310. Size Standard: 31.0 Million. Estimated price range: between 100,000 and 250,000. Estimated start date is 8/01/08 with 90 calendar days contract time. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside. This is a 100 Hubzone set aside.
