LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Craig, Colorado. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offered space must be located on the first floor. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions other than the owner or manger of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: the city limits of Craig, Colorado. LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by April 7th, 2008 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 4. Owners name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property SUBMIT TO: General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS), Colorado Service Center (8PC), Attn: Dana Beckwith, Realty Specialist, Denver Federal Center, P.O.
