Anuntul de participare a fost publicat in SEAP in 27.09.2007. In data de 19.10.2007 procedura a fost contestata. In data de 10.12.2007 am primit raspunsul de la CNSC in care se dispunea continuarea procedurii. S-a stabilit ca noua data de depunere 17.01.2008, dar, deoarece la aceasta data ISC nu avea BVC aprobat, s-a decalat pentru 14.02.2008. Avand in vedere ca diferenta dintre data de publicare a anuntului si data de depunere a ofertelor este foarte mare si ca estimarea valorii facuta de catre ISC nu reprezinta o valoare maxima pe care o poate avea contractul ce urmeaza a fi incheiat, ci este o estimare a valorii contractului, elaborata pe baza calcularii si insumarii tuturor sumelor platibile pentru indeplinirea contractului respectiv, estimarea facuta nu poate reprezenta intotdeauna raspunsul pietii din momentul in care ofertantii isi depun ofertele. Mentionam ca in BVC pe 2008 se regasesc sumele platite.
