is crucial for shipbuilding projects. A shipyard’s annual production value
usually exceeds its own value and a partly-built ship is not recognised as
a capital asset. The study on a shipbuilding pre-delivery guarantee scheme
is therefore expected to analyse the current situation and European
industries' needs, and to develop a proposal for a comprehensive and
