INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Puerto Princesa City Water District through its Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of the Project : One (1) Unit Lorry Truck (Lot I)

Location : Puerto Princesa City Water District Stockyard, Bgy. Sta. Monica,
Puerto Princesa City
Description of the Project:

LOT DESCRIPTION ABC
I Lorry Truck PhP 1,200,000.00

Approved Budget : One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos ( PhP 1,200,000.00)

Delivery Period : Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed

Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amt of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fall" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and it's implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

1. Issuance of Bid Documents February 21 to March 6, 2008
2. Pre-Bid Conference February 28, 2008, 1:30 PM @ PPCWD Office
3. Deadline for Submission of Bids March 10, 2008, 1:30 PM @ PPCWD Office
4. Opening of Bids March 10, 2008, 1:30 PM @ PPCWD Office

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount of
PhP 1,500.00 for Lot I.

The Puerto Princesa City Water District assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnity bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
