being formed by Oasis Community Learning. OCL will use this framework to
call of the Services of Educational Consultants through a mini bid system.
The Educational Services will be to develop the staffing and curriculum
models in line with the DCSF Acadmies PBS. Input will also be required for
other PBS edcuational deliverable.
