Contract description: Supervision and Management for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of the Makeni to Matotoka and Bo to Kenema Highway Works Contract.

Contract Number: IDP/SLRA/CORE/SUP/01

Scope of contract: To perform and provide all services necessary to achieve the project objectives in full and in compliance with the contract agreement and the civil works contract to the satisfaction of the implementing agency/contracting authority and under the overall supervision of the Coordination Monitoring Unit (CMU). The works and services shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to contract administration, review of all drawings, setting out of the works, implementation of environmental and social management plan, health and safety, quality control, soils and materials testing, measurement and payment, variation orders and site instructions, required staffing, training, records and reports, claims, arbitration, and extension of time, facilities provided under the works contract, inspection of project and any other additional services if required.

Duration: 20 Months for Makeni – Matotoka highway and 24 Months for Bo – Kenema highway.
