- Certificate constatatoare privind indeplinirea obligatiilor de plata a impozitelor, taxelor si contributiilor de asigurari sociale la bugetul general consolidat-rezultatul exercitiilor financiare pe ultimii 3 ani (bilant contabil)-informatii generale privind cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani,conform formularului 1Bcerinta minima: cifra de afaceri medie anuala pe ultimii 3 ani, sa fie cel putin egala cu valoarea estimata a contractului (un milion de euro)

Declaratie privind lista principalelor lucrari executate în ultimii 5 ani Formular nr. 1 CDeclaratie privind echipamentele tehnice, utilaje, instalatii conform formularului 2 CInformatii privind personalul tehnic de specialitate si de asigurarea calitatii ,conform formularului 3 C -prezentarea CV-uri pentru personalul responsabil de indeplinirea contractului;-Certificate emise de organisme independente care atesta respectarea standardelor de asigurare a calitatii, respectiv ISO 9001 sau alte dovezi si documente echivalente care confirma asigurarea calitati- experienta similara, conform formularului 4 C pentru cel mult 3 contracte (de valoare de cel putin 30 % din valoarea viitorului contract)+ (copie dupa contractele respective + recomandare( inclusiv de la Inspectoratul in Constructii)- formular 5 C)
