The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge on a rental basis. Work will be performed in the New Orleans Harbor Reach of the Mississippi River and adjacent lock forebays of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The estimated value of this work is between 1,000,000.00 and 5,000,000.00. The solicitation will issue on or about February 11, 2008 and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS: 237990. The estimated time allowed to complete this work is 256 calendar days. Actual issue date will be shown when the solicitation is issued.
