NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF BIDDING
January 08, 2008



Notice is hereby given to all interested bidders for Sale of Unserviceable Properties / Equipments owned by the City Government of San Carlos City, Pangasinan that opening of bids has been moved to January 16, 2008 due to the declaration of January 09, 2008 as a Special Non-working Holiday in the Province of Pangasinan by virtue of Presidential Proclamation Number 1442 dated January 08, 2008.

INVITATION TO BID


The City Government of San Carlos, Pangasinan is inviting interested parties for the sale of unserviceable properties located at the City Engineer's Office compound which will be disposed thru sealed bidding on January 09, 2008.
Interested bidders are requested to conduct an ocular inspection of the said items to enable them to offer an intelligent bid price. A bidder offering the highest bid shall be deemed to have inspected the property.

Sealed proposal will be received at the Office of the General Services on or before January 09, 2008 at 10:00AM.
The Proposal from a Bidder shall consist of Bid Form, a copy of Valid Regisration of Business Name from DTI, a copy of valid Mayor's Permit, 10% Bidder's Bond In Cash or Cashier's Check in the amount equivalent to at least ten percent (10%) of the Bid and Tax Clearance from the City Treasurer's Office (If Bidder is resident of the City).
City Government of San Carlos, Pangasinan reserves the right to reject any or all the bids to waive any formality found therein or to accept the bid proposal which in judgement is most advantageous to the City Government.
