The Provincial Government of Pampanga through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

The complete schedule of activities is listed as follows:

1. Receipt from prospective bidders of Letter of Intent (LOI) including Application for Eligibility - January 14-18, 2008.
2. Issuance of Eligibility Forms - January 14 18, 2008
3. Receipt of Eligibility Requirements - January 21-25, 2008
4. Notice of results of Eligibility Check - January 28-31, 2008
5. Issuance of Bid Documents - January 28-31, 2008
6. Pre-bid Conference - February 1, 2008 (2:00 P.M.)
7. Deadline for submission of bids - February 14, 2008 (1:30 PM).
8. Receipt and Opening of Bids - February 14, 2008 (2:00 PM).
