The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Contracting Activity is searching for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and tools to upgrade the boiler at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, Atlanta, Georgia. Boiler will be upgraded to comply with BMI standards. This solicitation is a set aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with Public Law 109-461 and FAR Part 19-14. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The NAICS for this solicitation is 811310 with a size standard of 6.5. The solicitation will be available around 01/7/2008.
