NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION (RE-BIDDING)

The City Government of Marikina, in its effort to clear and rid all unserviceable / junked service vehicles & equipment in its premises in Marikina City, which causes inconvenience and eyesore to the public, decided to auction the said items.

In view hereof, the public is hereby notified that the City Government of Marikina, thru the Bids & Awards Committee will exercise Title V of COA Circular 92-386 (Disposal of Supplies or Property) and will hold a PUBLIC AUCTION (Re-Bidding) of unserviceable / junked service vehicles & equipment which serves as nuisance / eyesore.

Prospective Bidders shall immediately pay One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) (NON-REFUNDABLE for Auction Forms) & deposit Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) (REFUNDABLE - as Auction Bond) (either in Cash or Cashier's Check) and shall have three (3) days to perfect the auction sale by paying the remaining balance. Bids not perfected after three (3) days shall be cancelled and the initial deposit shall be forfeited in favor of the City Government of Marikina.

For further details of the Public Auction procedures, list of vehicles and other requirements, please get in touch with the General Services Office at Tel. No. 646-03-06 & 646-23-60 (loc.215).

The City Government of Marikina reserves the right to reject any or all bids waive any defect therein and accept the bid most advantageous to the City Government of Marikina.
