INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The City Government of Bayawan, through its Specialized Bids and Awards Committee, invites prospective suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid on the below stated project:

Contract Duration : 12 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order

1. Advertisement/Posting of the Invitation to
Apply for Eligibility and to Bid: November 1, 2007
2. Issuance of Bid Documents : November 5, 2007
3. Deadline for the submission
& Opening of Eligibility Requirements
Specialized BAC Office) : November 8, 2007 (9:00 a.m.)
4. Opening of Bids (Specialized BAC Office): November 8, 2007 (10:00 a.m.)

Complete sets of Eligibility Requirements and Bid Documents will be available for issuance at the Specialized BAC Office, 2nd Floor, City Hall Annex Bldg., Bayawan City (Tel. (035) 531-0800) upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee.

Prospective Bidders shall duly accomplish eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals and submit the same in 2 (two) separate sealed envelopes on or before the date indicated above.

The Specialized Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or part thereof, to waive formality therein or to accept such bids considered most advantageous to the City Government of Bayawan.
