Jackson, Contract Specialist, Phone 601-.368-3943, debra.jackson4@va.gov DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to furnish artificial limbs and related services to those veterans that require them and eligible for assistance. It is VA's intentions to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis to preferred providers within the VA Medical Center's (VAMC) jurisdiction under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. Section 8123. Contract period is January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008, with four (4) options years extending contract annually until December 31, 2012, if exercised by the government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and must submit information about their capabilities no later than Noon Central December 10, 2007. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Telephone inquires will not be honored.
