The City of Bayawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC - I), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects:

Bid documents shall be available at the BAC Office, Annex Sports Complex
Building, LGU Bayawan City upon payment not of prescribed non-refundable fee.

Bidders shall drop their technical and financial proposals in the bid box at the BAC Office, Bayawan City on or before the deadline of submission of bids.

All particulars relative to eligibility process, opening and evaluation of bids, post- qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the applicable provisions of RA. 9184.

The City of Bayawan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or formality therein and to accept bids considered responsive and most advantageous to the government. The complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows

Pre-bid Conference November 05, 2007 @ 2:00 P.M.
Eligibility Check Not later than November 19, 2007
