A. The Court of Appeals hereby invites all interested parties to prequalify and to bid for the following:

GRX Van (Diesel) M/T 1 950,000.00
MPV (Sportwagon) GLX
Gas A/T 1 950,000.00
Sedan 1.8 S A/T 1 950,000.00

B. Prospective bidders are required to register with the Department of Budget and Management thru the G-EPS and to signify their intention to participate in the bidding of the above-mentioned vehicles.

C. Bid documents with specs may be securred until September 14, 2007 upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P500.00.

D. For purposes of claifying certain issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on September 17, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the CA Auditorium, Ground Floor, Centennial Bldg., this Court.

E. Sealed bids in two (2) sets shall be received by the Secretariat at the above address not later than 12:00 noon of October 1, 2007 and then publicly opened at 2:00 PM of the same day at the CA Audiorium, Ground Floor, Centennial Bldg., this Court.

F. For further inquiries, please inquire from the Office of the Clerk of Court, Ma. Orosa St., Ermita, Manila, anytime during office hours, or call telephone numbers: 523-21-13 or 524-12-41 local. 219 and 315.

G. Total approved budget is P2,850,000.00.

H. The Court of appeals reserves the right to reject any or all bids without offering any reason, to waive any defect of informality therein and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Government.
