“Agribusiness Development and Diversification Project” implemented by Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock in assistance with Asian Development Bank invites tender/offers from only GST registered firms for the supply of office equipment, subject to specifications below.
The firm shall provide a certificate of warranty/guarantee of their product at least for one year.
The successful bidders are responsible for the delivery of the items at destination.
The items for which tender is applied, should clearly mentioned outside the sealed envelop.

All the firms will have to submit the proof of the GST registration.
Earnest money @ 2% of the total value of the offered item in the form of call deposit/bank draft in the name of Project Director, Agribusiness Development and Diversification Project, Islamabad.
Project Director has the right to reduce/enhance the number of items. This office also reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all offers without assigning any reason.
The tender should be completed with all respect, incomplete and late submitted tenders shall not be considered.

The firm should submit their tender in the office of undersigned within 15 days of this advertisement.
