6. Contract description: Computer hardware and software are to be
acquired for computerisation of the offices of the Land Registry
Department in Senegal, as part of implementation of the economics module
of the PNBG national good governance programme's land registry section.
The contract will cover delivery and commissioning of the equipment by the
contractor, and an after-sales agreement linked to a 12-month warranty.
The beneficiaries will be the offices of the Land Registry Department.
7. Indicative number and titles of the lots: 1 lot only: computer
hardware and software.

10. Legal basis: ACP-EU Cotonou Agreement, signed on 23.6.2000.
