Defense Commissary Agency is requesting proposals for floor cleaning equipment. This RFP will be issued as a simplified acquisition, 100 small business set-aside basis. The RFP will be released on or about June 8, 2007. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFP number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the above stated agency.See Numbered Note(s) 1.
