Defense Commissary Agency requests quotes to furnish Wide Island Display Cases (open type), refrigerated, self-contained, medium temp, fresh meat / pre-pak / deli, 12 feet length delivered to Peterson AFB Commissary, CO 80914-1610. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be released on or about May 09, 2007and close on May 24, 2007. This RFQ will be issued as a 100 small business set-aside. Written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. The facsimile number is (804) 734-8886, E-Mail address: alphonso.johnson@deca.mil. The point of contact for this action is Al Johnson (804) 734-8469. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement -- a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to an award of any contract resulting from this RFQ. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.See Numbered Note(s) 26.
