Defense Commissary Agency requests quotes to furnish Mobile, Self-Serve Olive Cart to be delivered to three commissary locations: Peterson AFB Commissary, CO 80914-1610, Tinker AFB Commissary, OK 73145-6290, and Scott AFB Commissary, IL 62225-5362. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be released on or about May 04, 2007and close on May 14, 2007. This RFQ will be issued as a 100 small business set-aside. Written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement -- a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to an award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
