Contractor is to furnish pork products (case ready, primals, and subprimals) for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries located throughout the Continental United States. For the purpose of this solicitation, there will be 180 commissaries in DeCA's East and West Region that will be grouped geographically into six groups that will be specified in the solicitation. An Indefinite-Delivery Requirements Type contract is contemplated with a Firm Fixed priced special factor that will adjust the unit price weekly based on the market prices. The NAICS code is 311611. The period of performance will be 24 months from date of award plus three 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All offers from large business firms must submit an acceptable subcontracting plan with their offer. Offers received from large businesses without an acceptable plan will not be considered for award.
