SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: The successful tenderer is to
provide a performance quarantee bond, issued by an approved bank or
insurance company, in a sum equal to 25% of the contract usm for the due
performance of the contract.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Payment will be made
monthly based on the work completed and certified by the architect.
III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: Before the contract may be awarded to
a group of suppliers they will be required to register jointly as a
company.

contract is subject: No.
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Contractors
wishing to be invited to tender must submit a completed pre-qualification
questionnaire, which is available from the address in point I.1. The
questionnaire sets out the minimum level of technical and economical
capabilities required of those wishing to submit a tender. Information
required concerning contractor's finacial, economic status, technical
knowledge and experience will be given in the pre-qualification
questionnaire.
