7. Contract description: The purpose of this contract is to prepare the
documents for assessment of the feasibility, justification and
environmental impact of the reconstruction and modernisation works planned
on the entire route length of 316 km on the Pan-European Corridor X in
Croatia. The documents shall consist of:
— feasibility study including collection of data, traffic study, condition
survey, modernisation scheme, financial and economic analysis and cost —
benefit analysis,
— environmental assessment.
8. Indicative maximum budget: EUR 591 738.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: April 2007.

11. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1267/1999 of 21.6.1999, as
last amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 2112/2005 of 21.11.2005.
