Contractor will provide food preparation and mobile slicer tables for the Harrison Village, IN commissary. This acquisition will be 100 set-aside for small business concerns. Award will be made based on an all or none basis. This agreement will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. Solicitation issue date is February 14, 2007. Point of contact for questions concerning this Request for Quotation shall be addressed in writing to Bob Stuyck via fax, (804) 734-8269. Quotations must include address, business size, telephone number, DUNS number, cage code and e-mail address. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. See Numbered Note(s) 1.
