PUBLIC TENDER NO.: 2711-33/6-KH/85
TENDER SUBJECT: PROVISION OF EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS & PERFORATION SERVICES


NIDC ( National Iranian Drilling Company ) intends to award the contract of the above mentioned services to a well known and qualified contractor through a competitive and public tender. On this occasion , the interested local and foreign companies (legal entity) , within ten days from the issuance date of this announcement and between 7AM-3 PM of the official hours ( with the exception of Thursdays & official holidays ) , may obtain set of Bidding Documents, which is containing the proposed contract terms and conditions , from room No. 106- NIDC’s Contracts Department, Pasdaran Highway, Ahwaz against submission of written deposition of a nonrefundable fee of Iranian rials 100,000:00 ( one hundred thousand rials ) to the following NIDC ‘s bank account : Bank Melli Iran-Ahwaz Central Branch , Account No.13570 in the name of National Iranian Drilling Company.
It is worthy to add that:

1- Tenderer shall be required to provide required written attestation proving that its company has specific license for carrying out of the subject contract.
2- Tenderers should be able to provide Tender Guarantee & Good Performance Guarantee ( for winner contractor ) according to the NIDC ‘s requirements as mentioned in the Tender Documents
3-The anticipated contract duration will be one year.
4- Tenderer shall be required to provide written attestation proving that its company has specific policy statement at senior and operational levels ,proportionate to the subject Contract, reflecting management commitment to Health ,Safety and Environment protection .
5- Opening of the commercial proposals of those companies which have no ranking from NIDC will be subjected to the review of their background by NIDC and NIDC approval for required ranking.
6- National Iranian Drilling Company shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all of the tender (s) received ,in whole or in part at its sole discretion and without any explanation .
