Defense Commissary Agency is requesting quotes for the lease of one Kiosk, Blood Pressure for the San Diego Naval Station Commissary located in San Diego CA. This RFQ will be issued as a simplified acquisition, 100 small business set-aside basis. The RFQ will be released on or about January 4, 2007. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code.
